GV3-Venpa Group has acquired Loca Top

GV3-Venpa ("GV3"), a leading Italian equipment rental group, has acquired Loca Top S.r.l. ("LocaTop").

 

Venpa S.p.A., the largest company in the GV3 group founded in 1981 in Dolo (Venice), specializes in the rental of aerial platform and earthmoving equipment for the construction and infrastructure sectors both in Italy and abroad, offering complementary consulting, assistance, training and transportation services. With a fleet of more than 4,000 vehicles (aerial platforms, earthmoving equipment, telehandlers, mobile cranes) and with more than 300 employees, it’s a leading operator in the lifting equipment rental sector in Italy, achieving consolidated revenues of €71 million and an Ebitda of €25 million in 2023.

 

Founded in 2004, LocaTop is headquartered in Medicina (Bologna) and active in the rental and sale of lifting equipment such as platforms, lifter, and mobile cranes. It currently operates 16 branches in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, 100 employees with a turnover of €25 million and an Ebitda of €10 million.

 

LocaTop joins a group consisting of 10 companies, 35 branches in Italy and 3 abroad, strengthening the geographic coverage in Central and Northern Italy, and the founding entrepreneur will continue to lead the company in order to pursue further growth and development goals with the new partners.
