Tamburrini, an Italian company active in the logistics services, acquired a controlling stake in Italservizi.

 

Italservizi, based in San Benedetto del Tronto (Ascoli-Piceno province, in Marche region), is a company with over 30 years of experience in the transportation, sorting, and treatment of industrial and urban waste, with resale of the products, processing approximately 30,000 tonnes of waste per year. Over the years ltalservizi has grown steadily thanks to the strategic diversification of the offered services.

 

Tamburrini, based in Tolentino (Macerata province, in Marche region), is a family-owned business with more than 50 years of experience in the field of customised logistics and goods transport solutions.

The combination with Italservizi will allow the group to strengthen and integrate its environmental management services offering its customers a wide range of transport and waste treatment solutions.
