Creating a sustainability-oriented business culture
The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is an action plan, adopted by 193 UN member states in September 2015, aiming to end extreme poverty, reduce inequality, and protect the planet by 2030.
The Agenda lays down 17 shared Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that concern all countries and all individuals: no one is excluded, advancing the SDG imperative to “leave no one behind” on the long journey to steer the world onto the path of sustainability.
The sustainability objectives have been correlated to the UN 2030 Agenda, integrated into the strategic business plan and approved by the Board of Directors. Compared to the strategic plan published in the Non Financial Statement (NFS) 2019, specific targets have been integrated with regard to:
