Dedagroup Business Solution, group providing technology solutions and services for financial institutions, insurance companies and large corporation, has acquired a majority stake in SEI Consulting.

 

Founded in 2009 and based in Gallipoli (Lecce), SEI Consulting is a company developing software solutions and technological services focused on innovation, digitalisation and automation of business processes.

 

The Trentino Region-based Dedagroup, controlled by the holding company Lillo S.p.A, is one of the leading fully Italian-owned IT groups supporting companies, financial institutions and public administrations in the development of their IT and digital strategies.

 

The acquisition of SEI Consulting is a further step in the Dedagroup strategy, aiming to integrate its software excellences in Italy and abroad and to enhance the highly specialised multi-sector offering.
