Arcadia Sgr acquired Veredus through its portfolio company KEP Italia

KEP Italia, a leading company in the production of riding helmets for the equestrian sector and portfolio company of the Arcadia Sustainable Capital III fund, has acquired the entire capital of Veredus, an Italian company leader in the production of accessories and protections for horses.

 

Veredus, founded in 1989 in the province of Treviso, is one of the world leaders in high-end protections and accessories for horses and riders and a reference point for some of the world's leading riders.

 

KEP Italia was founded in 2007 in the province of with the aim of producing helmets more comfortable, safe and innovative than the ones currently available on the market, combining design and technology and using ‘made in Italy’ components.

 

This transaction further strengthens the excellent positioning of the two brands, focused on the values of quality, comfort, innovation and design, creating a high-end reference group for the protection and safety in the equestrian world.

 

The sellers were assisted by Credem Euromobiliare Private Banking as exclusive financial advisor.
